Health & Safety Policy

All employees of PANEL S.A., Management and Staff, are committed to operate within the framework of the company's health and safety policy, having as a basic and non-negotiable objective the observance of the stipulated provisions for health and safety at work.

The Company is committed to:

  • Continuous search in order to identify and recognize the identity of the risks and assess the risk arising from them for its personnel, facilities, external partners (suppliers, subcontractors, designers) and for those affected by its operations, while identifying and implementing measures to avoid, reduce or control their impact.
  • Continuous updating of staff and executives on issues related to health and safety at work and creation of a climate of empowerment and participation in consultation.
  • Continuous information of its staff and executives on issues related to health and safety at work.
  • Ensuring safe working conditions in all workplaces (offices and construction sites), with emphasis on the prevention of occupational accidents and occupational diseases and taking all necessary protection and preparedness measures against emergency situations.
  • Develop and maintain communication and excellent working relationships with the local community and with all relevant bodies in order to better address and manage any occupational health and safety risks.
  • Periodic review of the soundness of its operation and its effectiveness in managing occupational health and safety issues and access to information sources to keep abreast of new and improved practices.
